Welcome to Reading Empowerment!

This class will focus on the acquisition of the reading strategies needed to read, remember, and understand what is read in any context. A major emphasis is each student's recognition and use of the skills and strategies that work best with his/her learning and reading style. We will be using the program Reading Assistant, as well as a wide variety of texts to work on fluency and comprehension.
